Passionate about building flourishing internal data communities, Neil has been responsible for hosting internal global conferences and running cross-team data initiatives in order to help upskill analysts and build communication across globally diverse teams. Neil also co-runs the Community Drivers Tableau User Group and is on the Board of Directors at Viz For Social Good, a non-profit organisation working with other mission-driven non-profit organisations around the world to help visualise their data, leading in part to a nomination as Data for Good Champion at the 2021 DataIQ awards. Neil can also be found speaking, writing and blogging regularly about his data visualisation passion projects and unique design ideas.
